Summer Points Series 1 2001

With several potential competitors unexpectedly unable to take part, the first race of Glencoe Boat Club’s Summer Points Series (9 May) attracted a record low turnout of one boat. Conditions on Loch Leven were blustery, to say the least, and David Cooper and his young crew had to work hard to complete the course and take the points for the walkover in their new Trapper 28 ‘Redwing’.
